- The customer is responsible for the public link and for keeping the profile, post, video or channel available during fulfilment.
- Scope, estimated speed, refill and service limits follow the selected catalog item.
- Support handles order, refill, claims and billing questions through the support email address.

- We use email for order confirmation, transactional messages, support and billing contact when needed.
- We process billing data, selected service, quantity, public social profile or content URL and technical records needed for fulfilment and retention.
- Fulfilment providers receive only the public URL, service type and quantity. We do not request passwords or private access.
- Browser storage may keep saved social profiles, the draft cart and consent choices locally.
- Analytics starts only after consent. Without consent we do not activate GA4, PostHog or Umami.
- We also use `td_session` with the Appwrite session secret for login, `csrf_token` for form protection and `cookie_consent` to store your consent choice.
Refunds and claims
