1. Introductory provisions

The service KoupitSledující is operated by Bytedev s.r.o. (hereinafter the "Provider") on the website koupitsledujici.cz. These terms and conditions set out the mutual rights and obligations between the Provider and the customer (hereinafter the "Customer") arising from and in connection with the use of the service.

You can reach the Provider at podpora@koupitsledujici.cz. These terms form an integral part of every contract concluded through the website.

2. Definition of the service

The service consists of marketing and promotional activities aimed at increasing the visibility and reach of public profiles, posts and channels on social networks (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook). In practice this means delivering interactions — followers, likes, views, plays or comments — to a public profile or content specified by the Customer.

The Provider never requests login details or passwords. A public link to the profile or content is enough to deliver the service.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

The Customer creates an order by selecting a service, quantity and target link and submitting the order form. The presentation of packages on the website is of an informational nature; the contract is concluded at the moment the Customer's payment is credited, whereupon the Provider begins to fulfil the order.

The Customer is responsible for entering the correct link and quantity before payment. Once delivery has started, an order can no longer be changed.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown on the website for each service and quantity and are final. VAT is not charged. Payment is made online in advance via a secure payment gateway (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

The Provider issues an electronic receipt for each paid order and sends it to the e-mail address entered by the Customer.

5. Delivery and timeframes

Most orders start rolling in within minutes of payment. Full delivery is gradual and its length depends on the ordered quantity and the type of service — larger orders are delivered progressively so that the growth looks natural. The Customer can track the progress of the order live in their account.

The stated timeframes are estimates. Short delays may occur due to the operation of the given social network or maintenance on its side.

6. Refill guarantee

For quality and premium packages the Provider provides a refill guarantee: if some of the delivered interactions drop within the refill window stated for the given package, the Provider tops them back up free of charge. The refill window varies by package and is shown at the service.

The guarantee does not apply if the Customer changes the profile to private, deletes the content, changes the link during delivery, or orders further interactions from another provider onto the same content.

7. Complaints and refunds

If an order is not delivered at all or is delivered only in part, the Customer is entitled to have it completed or, where completion is not possible, to a proportionate refund. Complaints can be raised at podpora@koupitsledujici.cz with the order number; the Provider will handle them without undue delay, at the latest within 30 days.

Because the service is provided as a specific digital promotional activity that begins immediately after payment at the Customer's express request, a successfully delivered order cannot be withdrawn from.

8. Customer's obligations

The Customer undertakes to keep the target profile public for the duration of delivery, to enter a correct and functioning link to their own profile or content, and to use the service in accordance with the terms of the given platform (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others). The Customer is fully responsible for their own use of the service.

The Customer must not order the service onto content that is unlawful, promotes hatred or violence, or belongs to a third party without their consent.

9. Limitation of liability

The Provider is an independent marketing service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or otherwise connected to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta or any other social network. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

The Provider does not guarantee the permanence of the delivered numbers over time, any specific business results, revenue or a particular development of the account. The operation and rules of the individual social networks are outside the Provider's control.

10. Protection of personal data

The Provider processes personal data only to the extent necessary to fulfil the order and to communicate with the Customer. Details of the processing are set out in the Privacy Policy.

11. Final provisions

These terms and the relationship between the Provider and the Customer are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. The Provider may amend these terms; the version in force at the time the order is placed applies to that order.

The Customer, as a consumer, has the right to out-of-court settlement of disputes before the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (coi.cz).
